Linda Powell was a force in real estate for more than 30 years here in the Raleigh area. This amount of time allowed her to fully understand the market but more importantly, fully understand the needs and desires of her clients.
In the year 2000, Linda began Powell Realty, Inc. and ever since, Powell Realty has proven itself as a strong presence in today’s real estate market. Linda and her agents have prided themselves in their ability to never cease until the client is completely happy. For this reason, our firm has become very successful and widely known throughout the area. We will miss you.

David also brings 8 years of experience working with HOAs in large residential neighborhoods, much of that time as HOA president. This experience, coupled with his real estate investing background, makes David uniquely qualified to work hand-in-hand with the property management team at Powell Realty to ensure unbeatable service.

Debbie’s role within Powell Realty truly cannot be overstated. She has been the heart and soul of the property management division of Powell Realty for over 4 years.
Joining Powell Realty in 2008, Debbie has done it all, from broker paperwork, to bookkeeping to running our property management team. Her experience with every aspect of the business ensures that our owners and tenants always receive the utmost in customer service.
As a licensed Broker. since 2020, Debbie assumed the responsibility of broker-in-charge during the firm’s recent transition. We are fortunate to have her on our team.
