We cannot say enough about how wonderful David was in helping us manage the purchase and construction of our new home in Wake Forest, particularly as we were not in the area to see things through. He was there at every step of the way from negotiating the contract, participating in inspections and closing, and helping us work out potential issues. David is a great Realtor! I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple realtors and David is a stand out. He worked around my work schedule. He provided me with home listings that presented what I had asked for. Even during the negotiations of the Contracting, I felt like he was looking out for my best interests and negotiated a price that I wanted. I recently worked with David to find and purchase a townhome in a certain area and in a certain price range. David was outstanding in finding townhomes that met my needs, alerting me to issues that I may need to address, developing a competitive yet fair offer, and following through for the closing and even after move in! The inspection process could not have gone better, he followed up with the seller to make sure things were getting addressed and even after closing continued to follow up with the seller to fix those things that hadn’t been done. The closing was the smoothest I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent either to buy or to sell! I promise you will be astounding by his outstanding attention to detail!

We just purchased our first home (young family of 4) and David couldn’t have made it any easier! He looked out for our best interest during the entire process and made it such a positive experience.
